They would drive aggressively around in the middle of the night, flash their high beams, threaten and harrass people over a megaphone, nearly run folks over, and even slashed a couple tents.

Saw the driver as he pulled away after I got in my friends van (had been sitting still in the dark until then) and the guy+truck had been at the park earlier that day aggressively harrassing unhoused people.
