Today @_xxteam and @Wefunder launched Fight the Virus: a class of 13 startups that anyone (even unaccredited investors) can invest in. These amazing (and diverse!) founders are creating COVID vaccines, health tech, remote work tools and more.
Competition for clinical sequencing cohorts with large sample size is bound to speed things along... collaboration with combined diverse cohorts for aftermarket studies would be awesome too @Marc_GeneDoc would be a great bridge between the two!
Glad to see Intermountain getting in the game. @LincolnNadauld is providing outstanding leadership. Proud to have been part of this early in. @GeisingerRsrch#MYCode has 244,000 consented and will soon have 140,000+ exomes in hand. Weโll try to get to 500k 1st.
Garbage in garbage out #gigo trending re: standardization/rct backed PGX assays. Role for aftermarket evaluation using large exome/clinical cohort studies like Geisinger's MyCode? #cpic2019@cpicpgx

@Marc_GeneDoc really cool talk about intersection of learning healthcare system and precision health with sequencing as part of a patient centric whole. Excited to see iterative patient/provider/system learning as reportable variants go from 3-4 to 10-100 #CPIC2019@cpicpgx
