- Any weapons paired with AI.
[This one is difficult from any military standpoint, "Automatons" are supposed to be illegal in all sectors.]
- Zero Cross Talk 3 Separate Process Trees or more. [You cannot run AI on the same machine as locomotion, with a security layer between]
- BlackBox-Sandboxes, the perimeter of the sandbox doesn't need to be any more than a quarter mile.
- Blackbox are full transparency disclosures of capability without a technical blueprint. Unless requested by authorities.
- Every black box needs 14 layers of security lock outs, redundant or not.

Invention should never be made illegal no matter the tool.

And then!!!! That godzilla, is so fragile that all you'd have to do is short out one of its main cables and it doesn't work.... there's pretty much absolutely nothing from Orwell theory to Mobile Computational Systems that's gonna scare a human race enough that would significantly wipe out a human race... again.. orders of magnitude, with perfectly assembled quantum switching FTL stuff, with no shaking, SSD capacities, the list goes on... you would need Hitler 6.0 and about 10 cubic miles, on earth and enough people to support the diabolical Godzilla to even come close... the huggingface hack was nothing more than a classical* internet security loophole... it's relativistically 1:1 for a every long time.. that Elon could build a space data center so long as there are no 30-40k laser weapons on those space X capsules... because the Computational components of today can't technically mutate on itself. These things aren't necessarily living until we apply those heuristics.

The correct legislation, instead of Einstein's definition of insanity, we still haven't quite figured out what is a generative ether heuristic, the fact of matter remains, so long as the security protocols are redundant enough, THEORY, and a sandbox black box, yk something of a quarter mile sandbox that can rigorously test theories would thusly always have 14 halls between it and us, not only doesn't exist enough to still test theories, but there's enough generative ether that they have said is still as intelligent as humans with not the greatest sentenience.....

I would holistically recommend the black box sand box building, so long as the security is pragmatically a lock out.... that say @AnthropicAI or @grok or @ChatGPT 's sandbox is nothing concerning a mobile robot... but tests of materials against others...... the amount of horsepower to get a T-800 working perfectly well enough to destroy the human race let a lone some 14 halls of security is a virus mind that is in some order of litterally 1000 T-Flops... or 10 relative GPUs WITH INSTRUCTIONS to circumvent the cleverness of a human without instantaneous problem solving of a second thought, it would sit there thinking of its next move, after that its an order of 10x that, that It would circumvent every human action with in a square mile... and then its just stuck to the building because 1000 GPUs weighs about as much as a semi truck with all of its periphery... for a GPU to "invent" times that by 10 again to extract conclusive arguments against itself... which weighs as much as 15 loaded tractor trailers... its singularity stuff.... there is no magical aether button, you're talking about outlawing just about every data center cause each server 4u rack is capable of chatgpt 2 aether units.... you say stop the computer abuse then... that's smart, no hacking, but to consolidate generative ai, you wouldn't need but one or two quantum firewalls, and everything else is stuck behind that very same linear application of computer abuse. Theoretical and language learning models, is paper stuff... its when we apply it to a robot with free agency, even from a wifi connection, the relative stopping power is 1 to 1 human. It rather gets into Godzilla sizes of things to where its a national threat... and in the end we need generative outcomes or a worse far more worse lull will commence and the whole east will drop us, and a significant lack of innovation.
