@elonmusk l tried twice to place an order but ended being charged 200euro and had no order. For 6 months I called and email Tesla but never got my money back. Without proper support of existing and future customers to resolve their problems there is no future for Tesla.

Watch out before buying a #TeslaModelY - The Milan service says warranty does not cover you if your door stops closing correctly after 50.000km. Shame on @teslaeurope (and @Tesla) for such after sales support.

@scagliarini @chamath I don't see how Tesla can convince more buyers with the very poor after sales support. Yesterday Tesla refused to repair under warranty a door alignment problem after 50.000km on a Model Y. I had to pay more than 200euro to fix it (and had to drive 3h to get to their service loc.
