1. We struggle with different sins. Some with their prayers, some with aurat, some with lusts. What matters is to keep improving, to leave what displeases & returning to Allah.

2. Advise, but don’t belittle someone’s progress. You can remind someone to leave a sin, but don’t expect them to change overnight. Encourage their progress instead of belittling their small efforts.

Islam teaches us the wisdom of tadarruj (التدرّج). Progressing gradually, step by step. A small step towards Allah is still a step towards Allah.

And what looks small to us may be the beginning of someone’s greatest change. Allah knows their struggle, effort & sincerity.
