@47ph4X @dak_2020 "Thot" as in "THree One Two" the area code of chicago where the conference is held. A name that was created have a decade before a rapper decided to misappropriate it. Also, an explanation that has been made a million times before to every person who is too lazy to google it.

@Kym_Possible @BurbSecCon @thotcon @BurbSecCon is NOT an official @thotcon event. It's a piggyback event in the same way BSidesChicago used to be. Completely separate conferences often appear around the same time since lots of people are flying in. One is not the other.
