We asked him what happened to the advance that he took for the function that’s happening on the same date. He simply replied that the money has been spent and he won’t be refunding ours.He also threatened us.

HELP: We’re being looted by a wedding venue owner,Mr. Ravi Bhati,who runs Delite Forever @ Surajkund, Faridabad. He asked us to send an image of the canceled receipt to him in the month of June but since then he has been stalling the process.

He used numerous methods to cheat us. Firstly he said he will deduct GST from amount. When we agreed to the same, he said he can’t transfer the money online and can only do it in person. We agreed to that as well. @DC_Faridabad @FBDPolice @mlkhattar

@ACTFibernet worst customer service ever. It's been two days since we do not have internet connection. Despite complaining multiple times nobody has responded to our complaints. Highly disappointed. would not recommend ACT to anyone.

@ACTFibernet highly disappointed with your customer service. called you up so many times to change the plan but to no avail. when you guys want someone to take the new connection, you follow up incessantly and once it's done you do not care about the customer.
