I sold my old car last year and removed the Paytm fastag RFID from it. Today I got an SMS of a 140 Rs toll transaction for the same car, from my wallet. Both NHAI and Paytm refuse to own the issue. Is this the cost of digitalisation?

@Sandy_4S@nitin_gadkari Well, that's another scam running. The tag won't work and you will have to pay in cash considering there are some 12-15 vehicles behind you buzzing the horn continuously. The NHAI customer care, however, expects you to call them then and there which is impractical!
