New update 8/12: Success! Mom got a call from another manager (or maybe the GM?) Paul who said the order was put in wrong by (honest) mistake, prompting her receipt to show that it was same-day pickup. Paul will be personally meeting her at the store to refund her. @wingstop

@wingstop We placed a HUGE order 2 days ago for future pickup. The counter person took pmt and wrote instructions down for pickup today. Just went to pickup- they refuse to fulfill the order because they “don’t do future orders.” I am out $132.95 and have no wings for tomorrow!

So now, @wingstop what are you going to do that they won’t fulfill her order OR issue a refund! This was supposed to feed a lot of people tomorrow and stealing from an old lady on limited income, and accusing her of being a scammer, is diabolical.
