@realEstateTrent Is there an acceptable number of pad sites?
The photo is obviously bad but seems like one wouldn’t do much damage to visibility or parking and increase number of people in the development
@WomanDefiner Insanity plea should have automatic institutionalization for a long time.
Atleast the minimum sentence you’re avoiding by pleading insane.
You’re admitting to a terrible crime and claiming to be crazy, perhaps you shouldn’t be in prison but you also shouldn’t be in society
@9mmsmg An insanity plea should result in mandatory extended institutionalization.
Yeah perhaps it allows one to avoid death penalty and be in a more comfortable facility but you’re admitting to the terrible crime and claiming you’re crazy. We don’t need you in society anytime soon
@PigeonFeatherz@jrysana@IterIntellectus I dont know if there are any studies looking at how accurately the distinction can be made. I couldn’t find any
But the success of back to sleep and in dropping SIDS deaths points to many SIDS cases being due to suffocation despite classification.
@jrysana@IterIntellectus There’s definitely infanticides that lack sufficient evidence in the SIDS number.
Question is how many, id say it’s a minority probably single digit %
@MrFamilyOffice Its only generational if its passed down and still needs to be a decent amount after its passed down. Dollars per heir is probably the best measure
3 million per heir is probably the absolute minimum.
Age at inheritance probably matters a lot
@wrowclif@Empty_America But primogeniture doesn’t mean you have to absolutely cut everyone off best version would be where the eldest is supposed to support siblings in their own ventures and invest.
Siblings know they have to take a risk but get support and if it works family wealth grows even more
@PaulSkallas With the internet small towns 3-4 hours outside a major metro should be the place to be.
Live and work there lower cost of living and walkable if in town. But close enough to go for meetings when business needs in person or weekend trips
@DietCoke_Esq Ironclad 50+ page documents the need multiple lawyers on both sides to understand yeah that’s sad and generally slows down everything
A 1-2 pager written in plain English just lets us know what we’re agreeing to
@Watchman_motto There’s 2-3 of the smaller upper rafters for every one of the lower rafters. Considering the uppers are a smaller could be more economical than using 2-3x the larger lower rafters to get the same narrower spacing and it looks nice and extends the eave
@yllowjacket@xbtDLN Probably is legal if it is not on public property and only broadcasting a public space or roadway may not be able to have it point at the house but the public road at then end of that driveway is probably fair game
@Empty_America Option 1 - Primogeniture, eldest gets it all and is tasked with supporting and caring for younger siblings as they take their shot to make money
Option 2 - no direct “inheritance” to anyone but ventures will get funded. Gives a step up but they are forced to do it themselves
@BowTiedKong In your opinion are serial killer style revenge/vigilante killings either not a thing that happens or most get away with it?
Because I feel like we should hear about one occasionally
@BowTiedKong What’s the point of having a little money and a sports team if you can’t have someone come to you. First Kraft in a rub and tug now him in a trailer park
We used to be a proper country when a cheating team owner would bring them to his apartment on top of his news station
@Cernovich Student loan should be able to be discharged in bankruptcy after a certain time period after graduation say 10-15 years.
And institutions that take federally subsidized student loans should
Be on the hook for the amount discharged, they sold a lie and should pay for it
@WomanDefiner And generally it’s after you’ve already said no or not today more than once.
If I have time I’ve started acting interested again. I made it clear I am not purchasing today didn’t take that for a fact so let’s see who last longer. Doesn’t take many questions to keep them talking
@Empty_America Feels far hotter with humidity but almost prefer exertion in it.
Ends up being a little more self limiting and the dehydration doesn’t sneak up on you like it does in dry heat
@HPeatman35332@Empty_America But it’s still up to the host and if you don’t know a wine gift is probably the safer bet. Give a bottle to the host let them open it or not
Beer is better to be left in the cooler in the car until you see what’s going on
