@TTChelps 3 did arrive after we waited for 27 minutes. The gap was clearly much longer because people were already at the stop waiting. This is rush hour! 30+ min wait on one of the busiest routes??!! Now all 3 are bunched together following nose to tail causing more service gaps.

@AmexCanada with the longest lines happening at the beginning of the morning for those 6 and 7 am departures, is there any consideration to open up the kiosks to help alleviate those insane morning lines? Why only open at 6am????
