@MSofPA False. Without beds and RNs you can place 1000 emergency specialists, 1000 NPs and a 1000 PA etc. Won’t help one bit unless you have fully functional beds. Issues has been studied for 24 years by CAEP. The evidence is clear. Complex problem of the medical assistance chain.
