- Company culture shift from thinking deep to what AI have to say
- Pomotion/recgonition comes from build more tools with AI which no one use

A few signs that a company is AI rotten:
- GTM team can't talk to customers without consulting AI first.
- Managers can't write a proposal or make a decision without AI generating the draft.
- Engineering directors answer technical questions with responses that are AI generated

看到小米mimo降价跟deepseek一样，迫不及待搞了个套餐试试结果完全用不了，先是api key的生成竟然有两种方式，也就是套餐用户你也可以生成sk开头的token但是不能用。然后authorization bearer header竟然不能自动甄别大小写……更别提延迟的问题了，真的比商汤��差远了，浪费我的时间

I was not sure what I can use an agent for until I install hermes agent from @NousResearch on a Nix LXC container yesterday. Hooked it up with @deepseek_ai, SenseNova, @telegram, @syncthing and @obsdmd. Now I feel like it can do anything I throw at it for free... It is so crazy.
