For 250 years, the United States of America has forged ahead through highs and lows. But in our righteous might we have always ensured that our pursuit of freedom never wanes. And as you celebrate today, remember those who paid the ultimate price to ensure our continuing goal of “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” Happy 4th of July. 🇺🇸#IndependenceDay #July4th #America250

Happy Heavenly Father’s Day, Dad.
It’s hard to believe it has been almost three years since you left us. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you, miss you, or find myself wishing I could pick up the phone and hear your voice one more time.
You were more than just my father. You were my teacher, my mentor, my coach, and my best example of what it means to be a good man. So much of who I am today comes from the lessons you taught me, not just about football, but about life. You taught me to work hard, be accountable, treat people the right way, and never back down from a challenge.
The older I get, the more I appreciate everything you did for our family. I now understand the sacrifices you made, the time you invested, and the love you gave so freely. Those lessons and memories are gifts that I carry with me every single day.
I miss our conversations. I miss your laugh. I miss standing on the sidelines with you. Most of all, I miss having you here. But I take comfort in knowing that your legacy lives on through your family, your players, your friends, and everyone fortunate enough to know you.
I hope you are resting easy and at peace. Thank you for being the father every son hopes to have. Thank you for everything you gave me.
I love you, Dad. I always will.
Happy Heavenly Father’s Day.
Love,
Lance
