Growing an AI saas & reverse-engineering how the best ones scale.
Short form and organic distribution mostly.
I share the playbooks as I iterate. No gatekeep.
Everyone tells distribution is hard.
After one day of doing it. I confirm this.
Day 1 of documenting my journey from 0 > 1k€ MRR.
Current MRR : 29,96€
@BratDotAI Wrong question order imo.
First: agent or autocomplete? If you want to delegate whole tasks, Claude Code .
If you want to stay in the driver's seat, Cursor.
The $100 matters less than which workflow you actually want.
Let's connect btw, I'm also building in public!
@askOkara A copy formula from many people I've seen doing viral launches for months:
Line 1: the most radical claim you can defend.
Line 2: social proof with a name your ICP already trusts (YC, a known fund) + a number.
(you'll likely want to spend 75% of your writing time on line 1).
I keep identifying a comon pattern in the build in public sphere.
First, you build a product you think some people would want to use.
Soon enough you start building an internal tool that solves your own bottleneck.
As soon as you start distributing your initial product, you find out no one wants it.
You then pivot and give a free version of your internal tool away, as a lead magnet.
Why not reverse-engineer and start with phase 2?
Every viral AI product launch you're ve seeing is manufactured under precise rules.
Finding radical hook + institutional social proof in line 2.
Hiring dedicated agencies for launch videos.
Amplifying with paid influencers + your own network DM'd to engage in hour one.
Cadence: weekly minimum; (Anthropic reportedly launches multiple times a week).
This is what brought Polsia to be displayed on news of the day on X.
@Odd1OutStudio@StevBuilds I’d definitely acknowledge that I surely might have a content problem, however I’m rather stuck in the below 100 views range.
I will definitely try to engage more with other ppl, and go live a couple of times. Never heard this advice before, thanks for sharing!
