@DrmChennai @GMSRailway @drmmadurai we the residents of Tuticorin would like to propose an idea to shift the maintenance of Yelagiri express (Train no: 16089/90) to TN and use the rake to run a daytime daily SF ICE from MAS to TN as JTJ<->MAS<->TN via KPD, SA,NMKL,MDU. This train will be the daily daytime connection from TN to Salem, KPD & MAS from MDU division

Better rail connectivity will boost:

We request @drmmadurai and @GMSRailway to evaluate the introduction of a daily daytime intercity express train from Tuticorin to CBE, SA, or TPJ, routed via MDU. This would improve daytime connectivity to major stations and optimizing passenger revenue from Tuticorin. TN is the only NS3 grade station in MDU division that doesn't have a daytime daily train to MDU and beyond which is really disappointing even after the passenger revenue that Tuticorin generates
