One housing inhumane/ degrading treatment of residents at Emily Duncan Place. Recklessly not repairing lifts for weeks. Vulnerable residents on top floor not able to attend medical appts and emergencies. Disgraceful!

@OneHousing you have offered us at Emily Duncan place the worst service. Very poor and unsafe building. Filthy. Poor security. The estate is thrashed by the youth. No effective CCTV. Lifts are often broken. A real health hazard to live here. Sort this estate. @HousingOmbuds
