We are considering an appeal to the UK supreme court but will determine that in the coming weeks.

Not only have these three judges heavily criticised Sheriff Patterson and Lord Lake (who spent much longer deliberating), they make plain they would have jailed me on evidence that wasn't even led at my original trial!

All eyes now on the Lord Advocate given she is on record as stating the immunity she enjoys from any legal claim, such as mine, is a breach of Article 6 of ECHR. The three judges, by contrast, think everything is just dandy as it is!
