@@Qantas 11 hrs 23 mins 8 calls and I have paid 4 times for 2 flights. I have been hung on 3 times by three people who promised they would not. My banks tell me 4 transactions have gone through, but still not one person has fixed my issues. I still don’t have tickets.

@flightcentreAU i find it offensive and unAustralian, that the whole travel industry can offer refunds, credits and changes at no cost given that cancelling plans is not anyone's fault. But not Flight Centre...no I've been told by my local, $75 per person when i want to rebook.
I had my Fetch simply turned off with no notice and after 6 weeks and calls delivered a new one but now most of the channels i had have gone but i was assured this was not going to happen. The worst customer service ever. Please repond. My only other option ia the ombudsman
@Optus i have been dealing with your team for over 2 months now. 5 calls each more than 30 mins long, at least 3 different people each call and yesterday i called to say I had missed a call back and would like to speak to that person and was told flatly - wait.

….and another thing just before you go
When did the encouragement change from “go get ‘em” and “show them what you can do,” to “make sure you consider all the risks” and “you have a career to consider you know.” I remember as a kid, my parents and those…https://t.co/r8dOXL5K6p
One More Thing Before You Go....
One of my all time favourite shows was a program called Mad Men. The series was set in a fictional advertising company in New York in the 1960s. Not at all politically correct in today’s world, but exceptionally well-acted…https://t.co/Q0U1PJi2pT
A wonderful piece of writing from a great person. Well done Conor. You speak so much sense and from the heart. Let's look after each other. https://t.co/X4w0z56gf2
Saw a fantastic example of innovation this morning. The person who took my coffee order wrote the order on the saucer in whiteboard marker. No paper, no computer screen. Old school process improvement. Love it.
Friday is Bring Your Dog to Work Day. Taking your dog to work can have huge mental health and well being benefits for you and the team. Today, I want to pay tribute to my dog Wilbur. He is a 6 month old Labradoodle and is a therapy dog, going to work 5 da…https://t.co/4jesnGScKy
