@MartinSLewis Hi @MartinSLewis , thank you for highlighting this. My in-laws are still waiting for a refund, for the 4 flight tickets they purchased to Poland, for flights due to take place in May (flight cancelled due to covid-19).

@AmazonHelp He actually filmed himself opening the parcel, just incase the same thing happened. If you would like the video, to investigate, please let me know. Your colleague is issuing a refund to my father. I am just disappointed for my grandfather, we use Amazon so often without issue.

@AmazonHelp Thanks for your reply, my father has just managed to speak to someone via live webchat. He ordered a watch for my grandfather & they received an empty box on, with the security seal broken, on Wednesday. He requested a replacement & unbelievably the same thing happened today.
