Fun fact: You can do magical insurance fraud in The Sims 4
1. Be a spellcaster
2. Buy an expensive object
3. Cast "inferniate" on it then extinguish it once it's burnt
4. Get the insurance money (40% of the original price)
5. Cast "repairio" on the burnt object
6. Repeat step 3-5
