@AmericanAir CK flyer. Booked ticket 5 months ago. Now you are saying not ticketed, changed all the seats for me and the kids. Can’t check in online and have 24 hours of travel and 3 flights coming up today. Spent an hour on phone. No one can seem to figure it out. So upset!!

@MyMainEvent paid for the pass to get everything including ropes course. Line up for 10 mins. No one comes. Then told can’t do ropes as not enough staff and I can wait for 5 hours when they come in??? I want a refund

@AmericanAir heads up. At LAX and went to One World Lounge and despite being CK/Emerald with 3 biz class tickets they rejected a single father getting in as I had two minor children and would only let one in. Empty lounge and nothing to support a top traveler.
@Waymo took a ride with Waymo. Tech is awesome. Service is horrible. Left my $600 glasses in car and reach out multiple times and eventually get a standard email saying they didn’t find them (I am sure no one even looked). So disappointing. That was my first and last ride.!!
@Waymo left my expensive reading glasses in my waymo. I did chat support and called. Both told me I would hear back. Never heard back. Horrible support. A regular taxi could have got me my glasses back.

@ethika ordered gear before Christmas. Never came. Tried multiple times to work with you really bad offshore customer service and nothing resolved. Followed up again today 4 months after my purchase and told it’s bad luck, I lose my money despite you never sending me my gear!!
