Fourth, SEA countries *want* U.S. to remain present in the region. Every country we visited expressed a preference to work w/U.S. biz +USG. And every country pointed to U.S. military presence in the region as a stabilizer and "counterbalance" to PRC military adventurism.

Save the detail for your initial and subsequent counselings with your 1SG, XO, and PLs/PSGs. That’s the place to take those simple thoughts from the 3x5 card and expand on them with detail that’s appropriate to the position.
