Players: 2 types of coaches:

Coaches who:
Coddle U
Tell U what U want to hear
Don’t hold U accountable
Don't believe in U
Let U go through the motions

Coaches who:
Tell the truth
Encourage
Challenge
Hold U accountable
Inspire
Demand excellence

ONLY 1 gets you ready for LIFE!

Get some rest and recovery during our week off and enjoy your time!! Just a reminder that next Sunday, July 8th we have 7 on 7 in Mason City.

Wonder how many club/summer coaches played in college. If they did, they wouldn’t be telling kids to not lift or do school team activities. People, the highest levels strength train. Year round.
