When I confronted him, he simply said to raise it and see what will happen.

@AmazonHelp I have raised a query but it's too slow, I had a cnvrstn with the delivery partner Mr. SANJAY YADAV. He openly accepted that he had the parce and his brother marked it delivrrd. when I requested him to deliver on urgent basis he clearly said he will do it on his own comfrt.
