You deserve someone you can always trust & be vulnerable with. Who loves you for who you are & not for what they want you to be. Who makes you laugh when no one else can. Someone who can read your eyes when something is wrong & will do everything in their power to make it better.
in childhood, if you were not allowed to show “negative” emotions (sadness, anger, frustration) you tend to grow up to be an adult that effortlessly invalidates themselves. you were never validated for your feelings in childhood so how could you know to do that as an adult?
