@Chase doesn't have this problem with their travel insurance provider, but @AskAmex does. However, both advertise travel insurance for their card products similarly. This structural issue within travel insurance should be changed so "immediate family" is the same everywhere.

Mom was sick with terminal cancer and @AIGinsurance rejected a travel claim because they do not define a parent as "immediate family". Can you help fix this systemic woe? It's shocking to do everything "right" only to discover your mother doesn't count.
@Chase Sapphire Reserve has a more extended and broad definition of immediate family. Far superior to the nonsense of your 3rd party provider, @AIGinsurance.
Can someone please explain @AskAmex or @AIGinsurance how a parent is not immediate family?
Absurdity in the extreme.
@AskAmex@AIGinsurance@Chase@thepointsguy
AMEX, why use AIG for travel "insurance"? My mother just died and my travel insurance claim was rejected because she is not "immediate family". Do you know who is immediate family per fine print @AskAmex? Spouse and Child. That's it!
Twitter has broken just about every piece of this FTX story using blockchain analytics, while NYT is writing puff pieces on a criminal.
Feels like a turning point for citizen journalism and loss of trust in MSM.
@jeffjohnroberts What the hell does it matter? The whole thing was fraud. You're practically defending Enron at this point. Your Fortune article? Bruh, SBF paying you on the side for the puff pieces?

@oohyoufoundme @YuxiangLuo@michaeljburry Aside from Mao, which other leaders have served 3 terms since the founding of the PROC? Unless my Chinese history is wildly wrong, I don't think there are any....
#NuryMartinez Announced this morning that she’s taking a leave of absence? What does that mean forLos Angeles and the millions of people whose tax dollars will have to continue to fund her salary. If she were in private industry she would be fired without further pay or benefit.
@PeterSchiff@yukatabob Puerto Rico isn't a state bro. As an incorporated territory, not all of your rights extend. Lame, I know, but I think the Insular Cases highlight the "illegal" actions taken
