And rather than being combative of a followers attempts to get service be supportive or keep quiet
@atothebed@footlockercad@JessBennett_94@TristanBanning It's an issue when I have to go through every customer service touchpoint, including attempting to return instore only to be turned away, just to have a return shipping cost compensation. If @footlockercad just admitted fault and did that from the get go there is no issue

I even sent images of it with my shipping label to @footlockercad customer service, and still nothing
