@gokwik make a way for customers to edit/delete their info from your db. A wrong email id has been following my 📱 number for past 3 years on new e-commerce websites all because you make it impossible to edit/correct. Neither me or the merchant can issue a change. Wtf is this?

@gokwik @ShopifySupport years ago on merchant website I used my phone number paired with my friend's email id to make a purchase. Since then in the name of "convenience" and data-hogging either one of you forever paired this email with this number. 1/3

@gokwik @ShopifySupport Any NEW merchant I create my account with that uses gokwik, instantly and irreplaceably, adds the wrong email id. Merchants don't have the "authority" to edit my details even on my request, gokwik can't edit "merchant's database" on customer's request. 2/3

Had trouble with the parking stand of the @OlaElectric S1pro. Vehicle didn't detect the stand. Unable to function.
Thankfully Ola reverted within the day. And the part was replaced. 🤞 Hoping for the promptness to persist in future too.
