Hum Sab Yaad Rakhte Hain
Abhiram Ghadyalpatil
There is something unique about an average RSS-BJP supporter cutting across castes, regions, and languages. He/she takes every defeat, retreat, beating, hit, loss of face, and humiliation very personally and very seriously. They nurse that wound. They remember the humiliation. They hear all the orgasmic shrieks of celebration from the rival cabals and they keep the sound of these shrieks alive in their minds and hearts. We did that in 1984 when we were mocked as “hum do, hamare do”; we did that 1992 when the duly-elected BJP governments in multiple states were dismissed using Article 356; we did that in 1996 when the great Atal Bihari Vajpayee was humiliated; we did that in 2002 when the Hindu voice was mocked and muffled; we did that in 2019 in Maharashtra when the mandate was stolen; we did that in 2020 when the progressive farm laws had to be withdrawn; we did that in 2020 when a constitutionally correct and humanitarian CAA was sold as anti-Muslim legislation; we did that in 2021 in West Bengal when our blood-soaked 77 seats were mocked and our supporters killed;
we did that in 2024 when a spurious narrative took away 60 seats from what was our legitimate claim to return to power on the basis of our performance in office. We remember everything. We shall remember July 25, 2026. We are angry and sad over every defeat and setback and retreat and humiliation we are handed down. We don’t surrender when it comes to the national interest. Of course we have a temper and a certain ego of being the party with a difference and the only party in India that has ALWAYS kept national interest much above our ego. But we remember the hits we have had to take to our ego. We remember the taste of defeat. And we always come back. We shall come back from this moment too. Proud to be a nationalist and an RSS-BJP supporter. Jai Hind.

Brilliant piece by #AjitBalakrishnan, founder of pioneering news portal #rediff & Rediffusion ad agency, on why the 18th century Industrial Revolution was not a revolution but British colonial thuggery which continues to hoodwink the world. Read!👇
@saket71 @NAN_DINI_ I agree fully with your reference of glorification of characters in Pushpa and Animal .. as a society, we seem to reassess which direction we’re going ..
