Delaying your flight thrice on a working day is not cool.
Giving out snacks because you delayed your flight by 2 hours doesn't make up for it and is not cool.
Having a customer service number, but no customer support execs to pick up the call is not cool!

1. Flight delayed 4 times by 20-30mins each time making it difficult to plan for travel to the airport and other activities.
2. Wrong departure time being displayed on the message sent for the delay.
3. No response from the customer service number,
