life has nothing to do with being right or wrong. if you believe something is right, it will be bc ur mind will prove it to be true. don’t get stuck in philosophy. it goes nowhere. focus your energy on what you prefer, and let your mind bring it into existence

@anacoeurparis @BreatheLesss you say “this is proven” a lot. Which makes me question if these are things you have experienced, or a set of beliefs you’ve accumulated. Idk who are “those” but for my own experience, that is simply not true. And since it is my experience, nothing needs to be proven

@anacoeurparis @BreatheLesss by bringing awareness to that, you can begin to relax. meditation is a practice of bringing awareness to different areas that require our attention. it doesn't mean you only focus on one thing, hoping it fixes everything. it means fixing everything starts with one thing
