Fact : the victim was marathi
Arnav Laxman Khaire, a 19-year-old BSc student from Kalyan, was travelling in a crowded suburban train when he asked a co-passenger to move ahead; some men allegedly mocked him for not speaking Marathi and, according to his father, a group of 4–5 passengers assaulted him over the language dispute. Distressed, he got off at Thane station, travelled back home instead of going to college, and told his father he was not feeling well. Later that evening, he died by suicide at home, which his father believes was triggered by the humiliation and mental shock from the assault. Police have registered an Accidental Death Report and are checking CCTV and witness accounts to verify what happened inside the train.

The death of 19-year-old Arnav Khaire, isn’t an “incident.” This is the direct result of decades of linguistic hate pushed by Shiv Sena (UBT), Raj Thackeray & other Marathi-chauvinist factories. Their politics created a mindset where speaking Hindi becomes a “provocation.”

Mumbai was built by everyone, it doesn’t belong to language goons.

When politics turns language into a weapon, it is always the innocent who bleed first.
