@GWRHelp The 2248 at Bristol Parkway is now delayed. Up to 45 min further delay apparently. 4 hours to travel 70 miles with delay after delay along the way is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I am seriously angry.

@GWRHelp It was a return from Cardiff to Cheltenham Spa. Planned direct trains but the return ones were all cancelled and now its been delay after delay and over an hour at Bristol Parkway

@GWRHelp Thanks for the reply. I get it's not your fault (Lewis). But it's not just frustrating - it's 2hrs extra on what should have been a direct journey. No other service I'd pay for would ever be this shit yet still take full payment. Its quite disgraceful really.

@GWRHelp Delayed service to Bristol TM, alighting at Parkway to get to Cardiff. I realise its not normally a connecting train, but it could have waited 10 seconds seeing as direct services to Cardiff from Cheltenham were cancelled and many people were making that journey

Shocking customer service - been dicked about all night then that absolute slap in the face watching the train pull away as ours opens its doors about 8 feet away. Customers put last as usual. Seriously angry at the total lack of caring. Another hour wait sitting around.
