@Makro_SA Taking this long to provide simple feedback on where my parcel is, is unacceptable. Sending an email to an "unknown" third party supplier and "waiting" for a response is not resolving this matter. How do you not have their contact number?
@Makro_SA how can you sell something to customer (for R1300 +) from a third party supplier whose contact details you're unable to supply. Sounds suspect to me?? I have the right to follow up on the status of my order!
@LeroyMerlinSA1 I have never ordered from you and am extremely disappointed that I decided to take a chance. Apparently it takes three weeks for a single order from JHB to be delivered to the Vaal. Overseas companies deliver faster than you. #BadService
@CheckersSA apparently customer service isn't important to you. As discussed, after my order was already 90 min late, I only received half of my order of which 1 was a rotten meat product. You told me that it would be refunded in 10 min, which wasn't done. #CheckersSixty60
@HushPuppies_SA I placed an order over the weekend, for which you took my money. Aside from a screen shot of the completed order, I received NO email confirmation, nor a reply on a mail I sent yesterday. I tried to phone three times this morning. Contact me.
@Vodacom111 is refusing to assist me with a query about my e-mail (which I use for business and to earn an income) because I do not want to disclose personal information that they already have on their system. Does not make sense when all they need is to address a technical issue
