@Intuit Rikki and the team with the Office of the President (OOP) has made good on their promise to investigate.
Access to my funds and books have been restored.
If you go through this issue with Intuit / QB - contact the OOP and keep pressing to get their attention.
Failing to see why @Intuit, @QuickBooks and @GreenDotBank have suddenly closed my payroll and checking accounts after promptly sharing all requested documents - ID, Bank Statements, etc..
You all have frozen my business funds!
@Intuit I hope this is the case, Rikki. You have been the FIRST person to even follow up with me during this multiple-month saga. Looking forward to a swift and transparent resolution.
I'm curious if any of the C-Level execs at Intuit — @LaraHBalazs@sasan_goodarzi or @MariannaTessel
have any interest whatsoever in how detrimental their company's policies affect small businesses and their ability to pay taxes and their employess.
@QBCares@QuickBooks As someone who’s an advocate for small tech businesses, I’d be grateful if you could help be gain some traction on this - @levelsio
@QuickBooks I’ve been messaging you all since mid-day and all that has happened is three different people have asked for redundant information already contained in the thread.
This is pathetic customer service.
@QBCares Nobody has reached out to me to present a solution.
My funds are still locked. @QBCares. Why would you seize the funds of a small business who's actively hiring. No notice, no explanation no appeals process.
