He has already demonstrated his leadership and risk taking capacity by taking on Mamata directly and defeating her in her own bastion, twice.

He has been in TMC. He knows how the politically supported crime networks operate, who protects whom, where the money flows, how intimidation works, and how deep the criminal-political nexus runs. Few people would understand the anatomy of Bengal’s entrenched power structure better than someone who has seen it from the inside.

He is aggressive, confrontational, and authority-driven, closer to Yogi Adityanath and Himanta Biswa Sarma. Bengal’s situation may now require exactly that kind of leadership.

I'm sure the wrath of God awaits Bengal's crime and terror networks through the rise of Suvendu Adhikari.

It is very bad to comment without mentioning the performance of Shri @surendranbjp. He lost Manjeshwar in 2016 by just 81 votes. In 2021, he secured 65,000 votes, which was a significant gain for a BJP candidate in a single Assembly Constituency in Keralam.

Now, the constituency has undergone demographic changes, and the Hindu population is around 40%. Even this year, out of the 76,000 Hindu votes polled, KS received around 67,696 votes, again the highest votes in the state for BJP at 36.05%. This time, the CPM vote dipped by 20,000 votes from the last election and shifted to the UDF.

This is effectively a saturated constituency for BJP, and it is difficult to gain more votes beyond this point.

വെറും 77,000 ഹി.ന്ദുവോട്ടുകൾ പോൾ ചെയ്ത മഞ്ചേശ്വരത്തു കെ സുരേന്ദ്രൻ പിടിച്ചത് 68287 വോട്ടുകളാണ്. അതായത് 90% വോട്ടുകൾ.

ഇത്രയും വോട്ട് ഒരു ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാർഥിക്കും ഇതുവരെ കേരളത്തിൽ കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. ഇതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനും കേരളത്തിൽ ബിജെപിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാനില്ല. എന്നിട്ടും കെഎസ്‌ മഞ്ചേശ്വരത്തു തോറ്റിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതിനു പിന്നിൽ മതവും സിപിഎമ്മിന്റെ ക്രോസ് വോട്ടിങ്ങും മാത്രമാണ്.

25,000ഓളം വോട്ടുകളാണ് സിപിഎം ലീഗിന് മറിച്ചുകൊടുത്തത്. മലപ്പുറം പോലെ കാസറഗോഡും സിപിഎം ലീഗിന് കീഴടങ്ങുകയാണ്, പരിപൂർണ്ണമായി.
