@Emi_Okamura_ @nyaraVT im pretty sure there are a lot of checks before doing life altering proceedures, for example the fact that in order for someone to start HRT you need to be at least 16 years old, socially transition for more than 2 years and checks with multiple proffesionals (as far as i know)
