@KenDBerryMD Actually, for me soluble fiber in small quantities seems to be helping. So I bought a juicer and juice celery. I tried cabbage and it was like sugar (TOO sweet) and it made my tongue feel swollen, suggesting that there is an allergy there.
But insoluble fiber cripples me.

The ex got me a Mossberg "Home defense" shotgun. I hated it.
He provided a flashy stainless .22 something for me to use in gun training. I was in my earlry 40s.
I hated it - made my arm and shoulders HURT, but I did better than 75% in target work
