Teachers, this is important. Regardless of what your administration says, put the March Madness games on today. They are core memories for kids. I can still remember exactly where I sat for certain games.

I strongly believe that the published end time of practice should be protected at all costs. If practice ends at 6:00, practice shouldn’t still be active at 6:01.
A massive advantage in life: Being a pleasure to deal with. Kind when others aren’t. Calm when things go sideways. Reliable under pressure. Intelligence alone is overrated. Be someone who lightens the load for folks around them. People value people who make their lives easier.
Every HS kid I ask “wants to play” in college.
But so many don’t want: 20 hours of practice/weights 20 hours of class/study hall 0 hours of “social life” Some weeks: 6-7 days a week.
6am starts.
10pm ends.
Sooo...Do you REALLY want it?
The best meal plan is the one you follow in the most boring, consistent way. Most people go to extreme for a few week/months and struggle or fail because it isn’t sustainable. Find what works for you. #DPTDifference
The biggest differentiator that I see in high school sports is strength. I'm not talking genetics. I'm talking about time in the gym, strength. If you aren't committing to it, you're going to be left behind.
