When even his lawyers are intimidated, threatened and silenced in court corridors, what justice are we even talking about?
Is advocating for the rights of the Minority Hindu community a crime? When a saffron-clad soul is treated like a criminal for raising his voice, the world CANNOT remain silent.

बिहारियों से नफरत की वजह से दिल्ली में बिहार के पांडव कुमार की जान ले ली गई। साथ ही उसका दोस्त भी गंभीर हालत में अस्पताल में भर्ती है।

सबसे चिंता और शर्म की बात यह है कि जान लेने वाला दिल्ली पुलिस का जवान है।

मैंने इन युवाओं के परिजनों के रोते-बिलखते वीडियो देखे हैं-बहुत ही दिल चीर देने वाले हैं। दोनों अपने दोस्तों के साथ किसी जन्मदिन की पार्टी से लौट रहे थे, तभी किसी बात पर पुलिस वाले ने उन्हें बिहारी कहकर गालियां दीं और उन पर गोली चला दी।

बिहारियों के खिलाफ जो घृणा है, यह घटना उसका चरम रूप है।

इस जघन्य घटना पर अधिकतर बिहार के नेता और अन्य लोग बोल रहे हैं, जबकि यह पूरे देश के लिए शर्म की बात है कि अपने ही देश में एक राज्य के नागरिकों के प्रति इतनी घृणा है। पिछले एक दशक में यह नफरत कम जरूर हुई है, लेकिन अभी भी पूरी तरह से खत्म नहीं हुई है-अन्यथा पांडव की जान नहीं जाती।

सरकार त्वरित न्याय सुनिश्चित करे। इस मामले में दोषियों को सख्त सजा मिलनी ही चाहिए। समाज में इस मानसिकता के खिलाफ भी जीरो टॉलरेंस के साथ कार्रवाई की जरूरत है।

दिल्ली पुलिस के स्पेशल सेल के पुलिसकर्मी ने दारू पी कर, सड़क के पार जन्मदिन पर उत्सव कर के, घर जाते बिहार के नवयुवकों से पहले बाता-बाती की, फिर सर्विस रिवॉल्वर निकाला, उन्हें बिहारी होने के कारण गालियाँ दी और छाती से बस कुछ इंच दूरी से गोली मारी, जो पहले व्यक्ति को चीरते हुए, दूसरे को लगी।

पहला व्यक्ति मर गया, दूसरा गंभीर स्थिति में है। बिहारी है, तो बिहारी होने मात्र के कारण पुलिस वाला उन्हें मार सकता है। दिल्ली पुलिस को कोई प्रशिक्षण आदि मिलता भी है या नहीं?

ये लोग चलते-फिरते घृणा से भरे बम हैं जो अपने पूर्वग्रह के कारण लोगों की हत्या कर रहे हैं। यह स्पष्ट रूप से एक हेट क्राइम है, जिस पर किसी नेता का वक्तव्य नहीं आया है।

बिहार के सांसद-विधायक मुँह में दही जमाए बैठे हैं कि भाजपा कार्यालय से व्हाट्सएप आए तो इस पर कुछ बोलेंगे। भाई नेता हो, तुम्हारा एक ही कार्य है: अपने क्षेत्र के लोगों का प्रतिनिधित्व। यदि वह भी नहीं हो रहा है तो तौलते रहो।

मेनस्ट्रीम मीडिया से कोई नैरेटिव नहीं बनने वाला। जो भी यह बात बार-बार लिख रहा है कि ‘FSSAI पर व्यवस्थित तरीके से सैकड़ों अकाउंट्स ने लिखा’, उसे यह बात FSSAI ने ही बताई। ये संस्था मूर्खों से भरी हुई है जिन्हें पता ही नहीं कि सोशल मीडिया कैसे काम करता है।

तुम्हारा करप्शन सामने आएगा तो हजारों लोग एक साथ लिखेंगे ही, वही सोशल मीडिया पर होता है। चार अखबारों में न्यूज छपवाने से पब्लिक परसेप्शन नहीं बदल जाता।

या, मीडिया में न्यूज न आने देने से वह न्यूज रुक नहीं जाती। चाहे तो मोदी जी की टीम से पूछ लो कि 15 जनवरी के बाद से उनके क्या हाल हैं।
