1/n Gave my 3 year old #macbookpro for repair since some part of the screen was not working (99% was working)
Quotation was sent for 60k and same was refused by me. Now Ample iCare HSR LAYOUT is giving it back without screen working.

2/n Store manager Chidamabaram has accepted the same and is refusing to accept responsibility for the same. Only the keyboard was to be replaces under “Quality program”. I asked the store for CCTV footage of when I gave the mac, same has been refused.

@amazonIN Shipment delivered on 18th May but return period closed on 4th April? How do I return this? It is faulty and has only 2 pieces instead of 3. The automated customer service says the return period is over.

@AmazonHelp Or you could just get the tech team to fix the bug which has closed the return period on 4Apr while the delivery happened 1.5 MONTHS later on 18th May 🤷🏻‍♂️

@AmazonHelp Did not help. I tried for the “Call me” option. The call connected, it said “Welcome to Amazon” and then disconnected. Same happened twice. Please fix this.
