@UberEats I don’t think I’ll ever try to subscribe to Uber One after the way y’all have treated me. I’m still not paying you for fraud. My bank has a fraud department and you’re locking my account for letting the fraud department work, months later.
@maxonredshift Is there reason to renew an old account if it had a bad email address, or is it better to pretend that I don't have an account so I can put in a better email address?
@Huubert294809@UberEats I paid for that stupid Uber One subscription and a few days later they froze my account. My account is still frozen by the way.
@UberEats Uber Eats has frozen my account over fraudulent charges so I’m not filling my cart at all. An agent actually asked me for screenshots of my bank account. Unacceptable.
@Uber_Support The issue is orders I never made, sent to a hospital where I was not, after I repeatedly asked talk not to send the orders I didn’t make. Now months later this is suddenly an issue and Uber Eats has frozen my account over its own failures.
