@LeahWeyand @yalsa The retention aspect is HUGE. A library near my home practically gets a new staff every year and the first ones out are often diverse library staff.

@yalsa 6. I don't have a real answer to this beyond the fact that I think YALSA is doing a lot to try to be inclusive. The collection of resources found under "Serving Diverse Teens @ Your Library" has been extremely informative.
