This Judge should just have said “I’m not gonna grant you bail and as you know, that discretion is mine”.

That would have saved the country a lot of time.

Saying he denied bail because prison medical reports weren’t certified is a joke. We’ve seen Judges receive fully certified prison medical reports, complete with official prisons letters that the prison authorities can’t handle a particular medical condition but still, bail was denied.
