@EmilioNoguerol Antes el óvalo era impasable 90% del día. Ahora solo está así 10% del día. Decir que no funciona por el colapso diario del tráfico de Lima en horas puntas es otro tema. Que se necesite mejor transporte público no es discusión pero mejoramientos viales como estos son cruciales
