Royal Palms Estate is located within Mumbai city limits and is not a remote area.

Access to clean and reliable water is a basic necessity for every resident, including children and senior citizens.

Since the RO membrane is an essential component, I had to buy it elsewhere to keep the purifier running.

This means my money is still stuck with @LivpureSmart with no product and no refund.
