Next went to Sangem Kalan village, Tandur Mandal... where Chettinad Cements factory got a railway track constructed exclusively for their factory.

This track were built on a raised earthen ridge. This ridge blocks the natural water flow and whenever it rains, the water submerges crops and the houses in the village.... especially the SC colony.

They have not paid any compensation and the villages are scared... as police arrest them, if they take to protest.

I spoke to the management of Chettinad Cements and warned them... if the villages do not get the compensation in a reasonable amount of time, severe action will be taken.
