Justice BV Nagarathna said, “We do not conduct seminars on justice for men,” while questioning whether the “other half” of the population can reach courts and seek remedies in real time.

That question matters.

When men face false matrimonial cases, weaponised allegations, financial pressure and prolonged litigation, why is their suffering so often treated as secondary?

Women deserve protection. But misuse of protective laws deserves accountability too.

Justice cannot be gender-specific. Evidence must decide guilt, not gender.

Honeymoon M*rder: Husband K!lled, Wife Accused — Bail Granted After Police Blunder

Sonam Raghuvanshi, accused of mrdering her husband Raja Raghuvanshi during their honeymoon in Meghalaya (2025), has been granted bail after the court found a serious legal defect in her arrest. The police shockingly cited a non-existent Section 403(1) BNS, whereas the correct provision for mrder is Section 103(1) BNS.

The court outright rejected the “clerical error” defence and held that she was not given proper legal grounds for arrest, making the arrest itself invalid — leading to bail. This is not about innocence, this is about how police incompetence can destroy a m*rder case at the very foundation.

A man is K1LLED, the wife is the prime accused, yet the case weakens due to basic procedural failure. This is exactly how the system fails men — even when they are no longer alive to speak.

A few days ago, I conducted a 100-piece British orchestra, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to perform India’s National Anthem at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, London. This is the largest orchestra ever to record India's National Anthem and it is spectacular! The "Jaya He" at the end gave me goosebumps. Felt great as an Indian composer :-)
