Grass is always greener on the other side. Every little detail you learn about your industry only makes you stronger β the struggle is real, but through those learnings, hopefully you find a light at the end of the tunnel. And then its π₯π
A founder I spoke to last week spent 3 years learning everything about their industry.
Now they want to pivot to βAI for Dentistsβ.
The grass only looks greener because youβve not trampled through the shit yet.

I'll be honest. We almost built the wrong company.
@avinashjoshi and I made a decision early: we weren't going to be another SaaS tool that disappears after you sign up. We went ALL IN!
We built text groups with our customers and replied at 1am. We listened to every after-hours call they received. We researched their competitors and figured out exactly why they were losing jobs.
We treated their revenue like it was our own money on the line.
The results?
β Roofing company, NC. $299K collected in 10 weeks. β General contractor. 11 jobs/month to 72. One month. Zero new hires.
β Plumbing & HVAC, UT. $180K confirmed in 4 months. Half from leads that would've hit voicemail.
Today we launched our new website. Built for the people who show up every day with a truck, a team, and a whole lot of grit. @oncactusai

@typecraft_dev Wow this is cool! I created something called canopy recently that is conductor on tmux - https://t.co/dPoZzyw49Z
You can work on and conduct multiple claude projects from one place. Would love for you to try π
I moved back from Mac to Omarchy and one thing I missed is Conductor! Looked for alternatives, but they were all too heavy. So i built my own tui.
Quite simple - run & conduct multiple tmux sessions of nvim, claude, and terminal using worktrees.
I know we can do a lot more, but give it a try and let me know!
@jorgemanru I had the same issue - I love Conductor, but want the TUI and tmux experience in Omarchy. Tried many options on Linux, and ended up building a TUI for myself from scratch.
I'm calling it canopy and will opensource it! (its not polished, but getting there)
